@thenfldrop: Raiders QB Fernando Mendoza has SWITCHED Kirk Cousins’ Gatorade flavor from Fruit Punch to Lemon Lime to prepare for Sunday’s Bills matchup. The Las Vegas Raiders are 3-2 through five weeks of the 2026 season, their first under Klint Kubiak, who replaced Pete Carroll after the team went 3-14 in 2025. Las Vegas opened with wins over Miami, the Chargers and New Orleans for its first 3-0 start since 2021, then lost 30-27 at home to Kansas City and 45-17 at New England, where Drake Maye threw for 374 yards. Kirk Cousins remains the starter, though Fernando Mendoza, the first overall pick in April's draft, made his debut late in the New England loss and completed 6 of 8 passes for 48 yards. Klint has said the plan at quarterback is unchanged. The running game has been a weak spot, ranking 28th in the league at about 82 yards per game. The Raiders sit third in the AFC West and host the 4-1 Buffalo Bills on Sunday at Allegiant Stadium, where they are roughly five-point underdogs.
