Pollo Cremoso con Champiñones 🍗 Muslos de pollo – 4 uds. Cebolla – 1/2 Ajo – 2 dientes Champiñones – 300 g Nata para cocinar – 200 ml Caldo de pollo – 200 ml Harina – 1 cucharada Salsa Worcestershire – 1 cucharada Sal y pimienta Dora los muslos de pollo por ambos lados y resérvalos. En la misma sartén sofríe la cebolla y el ajo, añade los champiñones y cocínalos hasta que estén bien dorados. Incorpora la harina, mezcla y añade el caldo de pollo, la nata y la salsa Worcestershire. Salpimenta al gusto, vuelve a poner el pollo en la sartén y cocina a fuego lento durante unos 20 minutos.
