I watched girls as a young genx, with more opinions, maybe thinking differently than the girls on girls, but I was probably one of the most appreciative of this show. Sex and the city did not resonate with me in anyway. GIRLS was the finest representation of a period in time. I may have been a little older than the target audience but Lena created one of my favorite shows of my lifetime. Next to the sopranos, six feet under, and lost
