banana oatmeal chocolate chip cookies 1 banana (about 110g) 1/2 cup (113g) melted butter 3/4 cup (150g) light brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp (4g) vanilla 1/2 tbsp molasses 1 1/4 cup (160g) flour 1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda 1 tsp (3g) cinnamon 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 2/3 cup (113g) chocolate chunks/chips 3/4 cup (60g) oats mash banana and add in melted butter, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. in another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. fold in the chocolate and let the mixture sit about 5-10 minutes to allow to flour to combine with the wet. Rest in the fridge for at least an hour. bake at 350 for 10-12 min.
