I don’t believe a bit of that statement at all. People are not going to sue if you just gave them the money back. But more than likely Posey Meadows probably over stretched and didn’t have the money and just kept dragging their feet into giving the money back. Shame on Posey Meadows. I would like those other families to come forward that they have gone through that process with before.

What?! Why in the hell wouldn't they automatically give a refund?! They certainly had enough time to book another wedding for the date and they probably were working on booking another wedding. This is not looking good for them .

Only after all the internet negative publicity that will be long standing by the way. A contract is binding, yes. However, as a business owner myself, and personal morality, immediate condolences and a refund would have gone out. That’s my opinion.
