i genuinely don’t get why they even needed an influencer night for a sold out event anyways. if they are certain that it will be returning to london next year, then i kinda get it, but we don’t even know if this event will come back to london anytime soon

Same. I’m glad you said it. I was so excited and my expectations were so high after seeing the influencer content but I was so disappointed - I mean, a pencil sharpener from Marc Jacob’s was a bit of a joke, I was gutted with kerastase too and Kayali. I am so grateful I got to go but it should be the same experience for all 😭 xxx

It’s so disappointing, and girl don’t even think your being ungrateful I always see how excited and appreciative you are to attend these events, I agree absolutely no hate towards the influencers who got invited I mean who wouldn’t wanna go and get spoiled like that, it looked amazing!! It’s funny you say about Kayali because that’s literally what made me search for your video as I saw you were attending because you talk about that so highly!! And Saie for that matter as well so I imagine seeing those videos had you so excited😩 hopefully this will improve for future events!💕

This is such a shame! It’s so sad that the people who are actually paying and actually have shown their own interest in the event/brands have had a wildly different experience to the influencers, £90 should definitely include full size products. After seeing the influencer videos I was so gutted I hadn’t got a ticket but it’s a shame that the same experience wasn’t given to those who actually paid to be there. Don’t get me wrong it’s not the influencers fault at all, the event should be the same for all especially for paying admission xx

Ahhh Holly we’ve just been saying the same!!! There is absolutely no hate at all to any single person who got invited to the PR event, but my experience was a completely different experience to what they got. I had an amazing time and I can’t believe I went, but either they should have got the same as us, or we should have got the same as them! They set the expectation unfortunately xx

This honestly makes me so sad :( I never got the link so when I got the invite to the PR night as a girl who lives in Sephora I was honestly over the moon but I feel so bad as i genuinely had no idea the experience in regards to stall giftings was going to be different between the two sessions at all. We thought it was going to be the same minus the GA/gold gift bag! X

Now I’m so glad I didn’t get a ticket and waste money travelling over from Ireland to go lol I was so gutted when I didn’t get the initial email after signing up so missed out on the gold access , this is actually a disgrace I’m so gutted for you like that’s actually insane

It’s ridiculous. I get that influencers generate Sephora business but Gold Members actually part with a lot of money throughout the year so the fact gold members didn’t get at least the same is crazy. I didn’t even manage to get a ticket, didn’t even get an email. Kinda glad i didn’t now as i would of been fuming if i’d travelled all the way to London to get samples.
