fluffy sesame buns with feta Recipe for 32 mini cheese pies 🔽 Ingredients: 4.5 cups all-purpose flour 30g dry yeast 1 cup lukewarm milk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup oil 500g feta 150g anthotyro (or ricotta) Pepper For brushing: 1 egg, beaten with a little water Sesame seeds Method: Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk. Then add the flour, sugar, salt, egg and oil. Mix until you have a soft dough. Divide into pieces and roll each one out into a circle with a rolling pin. Place a generous amount of filling (feta, anthotyro and pepper mixed together) at the edge of each piece and roll it up. Place them on a baking tray, brush the tops with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes. #feta #buns #sesame #FoodTok #foodlovers
