@graceyogawithsujina: Every year, I take a break: not to escape life, but to return to myself. To travel, learn, grow, heal, and refill the energy I pour into helping thousands of others. Because even the strongest souls need space to recharge. 🤍 This time, in India, at a retreat, I faced one of my fears through an ice bath. When the coach asked, “Who wants to go first?” everyone hesitated. I raised my hand and said, “Me.” And in that moment, I realised something powerful: the victory had already begun before I even stepped into the ice. It wasn’t about being fearless. It was about choosing to act even when fear was present. It was about trusting the strength within me before knowing how difficult the journey would be. Sometimes, you win in life the moment you decide not to let fear decide for you. Life has taught me that growth begins the moment we step beyond our comfort zone. Healing begins when we turn inward. And true strength is knowing when to give to others and when to give back to ourselves. I may spend my days helping thousands of people find their strength, but I will never stop doing the inner work to find mine. Because the greatest investment you can ever make is in yourself. I didn’t go first because I had no fear. I went first because I refused to let fear go before me. 🧊🔥✨ 🩵
