Because Arthur canceled it after Connie left, hence the "OBEY YOUR DESIGN" writing on the posters in the one scene but they still continued it for the other toons, not the kids

they got canceled bc it's the 90's / 2000's and delilah is too homophobic for ts to be allowed

do people forget that the toons are abandoned and don't actively host these types of events before canonically? it's likely cancelled because of gardenview shutting down

theory: it was supposed to be cancelled by the original song producers(instrumentals, the toons are going to sing) because it wasn't their specialty (working for kids music, they usually make music for a broader audience). Then, Arthur, Delilah, and the other employees agreed to cancel it. since the music video is mostly singing about rebeling against the rules, the toons decided to make their own band

Connie was originally from the Halloween event but was very famous so she became a standard toon and eclipse was placed in her place

They rebelled agent Arthur because it was org queens of parties but they instead wore what they wanted sang what they wanted so Arthur got big pissy and canceled queens of parties that’s why they preform queens of mishchif after it closed
