Most overlooked/underrated nfl head coach. Very first season/year took tampa bay not only to super bowl, also exited with lombardi trophy. Raiders lost consistency, as soon as gruden departure. Gruden was extremely good at determining what each player/athlete excelled within designated position. Placed players within the position they excelled/adapted to as example. Gruden is a master adjuster also, since being very highly involved within each/every game. He didnt hesitate to adjust momentum if nessesary. Tampa bay didnt receive super bowl lombardi for 18-seasons/years-2021 post-after grudens departure.
