I used to feel the same agitation too. Even though it wasn’t making sense in private, I defended it in public and tried to slap people over the head with it. Even though my faith was questionable if zoomed into my thoughts and my private life. Even though I swam in the pool of self righteousness, I carried my faith like a bat and instead of drawing people in, I stood at the gate and profiled them or gave them a criteria list of requirements before they entered, hitting them with it! But when Grace found me and I came into the knowledge of the true Gospel of Christ, I wanted more people to come into this Bliss! I wanted to scream it at the rooftops! The bat? I didn’t throw it away. It’s beside me for those who don’t want to leave the gate!😒🚶🏾‍♀️Those who still want to block others from going in! Jesus is too sweet for you to misrepresent Him! Who send you????😑😩 It is the Gospel that transforms. It is Grace that trains. The Gospel is the Power of God. Our own responsibility is to preach the Gospel; JESUS CHRIST, to the world! It is the Love of God that converts people, grows them and keeps them, not your rules or your fears. “I’m worried that baby Christians might receive this and take it as license to sin.” 🙊😌Nobody, including you, needs licence to sin.
