@mainemusiccollective: Oh, headphones on for this one. Thank us later 🙂‍↕️ For our September One Day Chorus, we had the absolute pleasure of performing Toxicity by @systemofadown 🤘What an absolute dream this one was! As millennials, this one has been at the top of our bucket list for a VERY long time - could not be more thrilled to finally get to cross it off the list! A HUGE thank you to all the talented strangers who showed up for this event! And a massive shout out to Powers Media House for taking the time out of their Saturday to come record us 🤍 These guys are so unbelievably talented and we could not be more grateful for them! Also - can we all take a moment to collectively applaud Kellie on the piano?! I just know that piano needed a smoke after this one. ✨ Up next: One Day Chorus returns Saturday 11/7, 2-5 PM in Portland, Maine. We’re singing Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen (!!!) Full SATB chorus. Open to all - no experience needed! There are no auditions, and no rehearsals. You sign up and receive your music and practice tracks to sing along with. Then on the day of the performance, you show up and meet your fellow singers for the very first time, rehearse together for a couple of hours, perform together then head home! It’s that simple and SO much fun! We can’t wait to sing with you! 🖤 . #music #choir #maine #fyp #systemofadown @Serj Tankian @Shavo @Daron Malakian
