Important to note that surge protectors protect your appliances against voltage spikes. They provide zero protection in instances of of power dips as they are not designed to compensate for the loss of voltage…..that would be a UPS

I talked to an electrician a while ago and his advice was to still get the individual surge protectors even if you get the one for the whole house at the panel because it doesn't protect from low voltage like the individual ones for each appliance

this is a surge protector as suggested in its name. Its not a voltage monitor to protect against low voltage.

This device do not protect against undervoltage what is way better is a Whole-House Automatic Voltage Regulator.
