This happened to me. Issues in my role & manager did nada. I came in & fixed it & she got peeved, and what made it worse was I reached out to the HOD [Laugh approved][Laugh approved][Laugh approved] Manager made sure I was out but I left Lol

She ended up letting me go this week blamed it on a merger we just did dup roles. So insecure and I never wanted her job. I was trying to find something now I’ll take whatever 🫠 good riddens but HR gave an amazing reference ❤️

But what happens when most of the management team is like this? Rules change by the minute and they feel threatened because you know more about the work that needs to be done than them… even suggestions are taken as offenses because they don’t know how to manage or they micromanage everything.

I recruiter analysis report on my current employer and they have blacklisted me and said I’ve had several conflicts and I’m not able to be rehired. Confronted them about it and he said he never said it, maybe someone else answered the call, and he never spoke to anyone. He’s full of it
