English-Style Lobster Roll: Ingredients: 2 cooked lobster tails or 1 whole cooked lobster, 2 brioche hot dog buns, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives, 1 tablespoon melted butter, salt and black pepper to taste, and lettuce leaves (optional). Instructions: Remove the lobster meat from the shells and cut it into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, gently combine the lobster meat with mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper. Brush the brioche buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet until golden and crisp on the outside. Add lettuce if desired, then generously fill each bun with the lobster mixture. Garnish with extra chives and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Serve immediately with crispy fries and lemon wedges.
