Where I work I just wait until senior leadership, mgmt., infection control, and OH&S have gone home and then come in on overtime and get the work done in 1/10th the time it would take to appease those who need to justify their jobs.

haha yup, know the feeling fifo worker it bugs the crap out of me, take all day to do a 5 minute job like screw me most of it is waiting for lock out tag out paperwork and me sitting around waiting till I can finally fo a sample easy 5 minute job but get paid for it still annoys the crap out of me byt get in get the job done walk away nah... cant do that.
