this is giving me war flashbacks to the time someone else posted a homemade pasta video but they used whole eggs, and I commented about how there wasn't nearly enough yolk. got brigaded to hell and back for "clearly" knowing nothing about pasta, when it was a preference thing.

My husband makes pasta without any machines. He just rolls it out thin, cuts it into strips, then we cook and eat every last bit. 💖
