We have a Bradley smoker. It works well, but the pucks are expensive. We smoke wings, ribs, burgers, and recently, bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers.

I use my 22" weber charcoal grill for smoking a pork butt. start at like 8pm and smoke it until like noon the next day. Wake up to check the coals and usually will add plenty.

Brooke my mother in law “baba” showed me her homemade pancake recipe that I have made for over 35 years every Sunday as this is my husband’s breakfast during the week. Anyways she taught me to separate the eggs and mix master the egg whites. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and some melted margarine. Everyone ranks on my pancakes.

rec tec is what I finally bought after having all the other brands and it is awesome. I have smoked everything from ribs chicken steak cheese pork roast sausage pork belly crown roast hamburgers shrimp fish even make dinner rolls and cakes in it lol you name it I most likely smoked it and everything was awesome
