@thedamienvale: Miley Cyrus and her mom, Tish Cyrus, are teaming up with the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles to help create something pretty amazing! The Miley Cyrus Foundation has pledged $1 million toward a new housing project called Rosa’s Place, which will help women experiencing homelessness and survivors of domestic violence. The seven-story building will be located on Skid Row in Los Angeles and will provide 97 permanent studio apartments for women who need a safe and stable place to call home. And Miley and Tish aren't just donating money. They're also getting personally involved in helping design the interiors and shared spaces to make the building feel more like a home. Construction is already underway, and the project is expected to welcome its first residents in fall 2027. The building is named after Rosa Arzola, a woman who experienced homelessness and whose friendship with the center's founder helped inspire the creation of the Downtown Women's Center nearly 50 years ago. It's pretty cool to see celebrities using their money and influence to make a real difference in people's lives. ❤️ #women #MileyCyrus #homeless #construction #dvawareness
