I suffered from akathisia as a side effect of some anti nausea medicine I took in the hospital and it was incredibly uncomfortable. I could never stay in bed, constantly had to be up moving or walking even if I was tired. I wanted to jump out of my skin. Mind you, I only had to deal with this for a few hours. I cannot imagine what Naomi went through 🥺

Anderson made me feel heard about the sorrow of losing someone to suicide. I struggle with bipolar depression, my Dad died by suicide and then my father in law also. Mental illness bleeds through my family. The shame stops us from talking about it.
