A cinnamon roll and a pecan pie fell in love… and THIS is their delicious little love child! 😂🥧🍁 Soft, buttery cinnamon roll bread swirled with brown sugar and cinnamon, loaded with toasted pecans, and smothered in gooey homemade pecan pie topping! Y'ALL… GOOD GRACIOUS! Somebody needs to hide the bread knife because I have absolutely NO intentions of stopping at one slice! 😂🥧🤎 Meet my Pecan Pie Cinnamon Roll Bread, and let me tell you… this might just be what happens when two of my favorite Southern treats decide to get married! We're starting with a soft, homemade cinnamon roll dough made with bread flour, butter, and oil for that fluffy, pull-apart texture we all love. 🍞 Then we roll it out and spread on a thick layer of butter, dark brown sugar, cinnamon, and toasted pecans. But instead of making regular cinnamon rolls, we're rolling it into a loaf, slicing it down the middle, and twisting those beautiful cinnamon ribbons together! And y'all… that's BEFORE we get to the really good part! 😂 While our bread is baking, we're making a homemade PECAN PIE TOPPING with butter, dark brown sugar, pure maple syrup, heavy cream, and lots of toasted pecans. 🥧🍁 Then we spoon that warm, sticky goodness right over the top and let it drip down into all those cinnamon swirls. MERCY! 🤤🤎 Every slice has: 🍞 Soft, fluffy homemade bread 🤎 Buttery brown sugar and cinnamon swirls 🥧 Crunchy toasted pecans 🍁 Thick, gooey maple pecan pie topping No white icing. No powdered sugar. Just pure buttery, sticky, cinnamon-pecan deliciousness! And the best part? This recipe makes TWO loaves! One to share and one to keep.
