I totally agree. That’s why I’ve changed my lifestyle and optimizing my health with nutrition, strength training, sleep, recovery and most importantly optimize my testosterone levels. My body and mind’s health is my first priority. Next, is getting a better handle on the my finances so I can retire comfortably .
