you can use a hair tie and switch it from wrist to wrist each feed, so you can remember which one you fed on last or the next one to feed on whichever works for you! 🍼

you should give i’m a full bottle of pumped milk. he would sleep so much better, and you. i use to give bottle at 8 and she didn’t get back up until 3/4a to nurse!

Sisss my baby had a tongue and lip tie and the bessttt tip i ever got was to point your nip towards the top of their mouth and when he opens wide SHOVE IT IN 😂😂 but it helped so much for a deeper latch. I’m 8 months in and now she latches perfect by herself
