I started a overnight stocking job at a Walmart it’s been 3 months i’ve been medicated and stable for about four years. It’s been a rocky 3 months and I’m terrified for winter especially with overnights🥲 i’m still maintaining stability and holding strong

Bartending. Specifically at a dive bar. Being busy and HAVING to multitask is the best way to quiet the brain with bipolar & adhd. If someone pisses you off, kick them out. As a bartender you hold all the power. And at the end of the day your brain is so exhausted you can actually sleep

The retail job I have because I can go to work gone with the wind up in the sky, and the people that come in are chill most of the time in it’s a pretty stress-free environment and I have a very cool boss. I also do some childcare and children. They just make your day better. Honestly they are so sweet and you do get a good exercise out of it. it’s like you’ve been at the gym all day. They keep you on your toes and awake.

The best job for me was when I worked in the court house because I’m a true crime junkie. I got fired because I caught a case when I was manic but tbh 10/10
