An “illegal” trading indicator that copies insider trades… for $49? Sounds almost too good to be true. So I went and looked at the actual product. The creator claims these signals come directly from insiders, giving ordinary traders access to information supposedly hidden from the rest of the market. But here's where things get interesting. God Mode's own financial disclaimer states that the product does not provide material non-public information. Its signals are generated using mathematical formulas applied to price data. In other words, it's a technical indicator. Now, there's nothing inherently wrong with that. Technical indicators can be useful. But generating buy and sell signals and demonstrating a genuinely profitable trading edge are two completely different things. Before purchasing any trading indicator, ask yourself: Do the signals appear in real time without repainting? Are the losing trades shown? Is there a complete performance history demonstrating positive expectancy after trading costs? And ideally, has that performance been independently verified? Because here's what I find interesting about these videos. The secret insider information. The claims of cheating. The suggestion that the video might get deleted. And finally… the link to a $49 product. It's a familiar hype-marketing formula. As I've said before, it's easier to sell a $49 indicator to 500 people on social media than to demonstrate consistent, genuine returns in the financial markets. That doesn't mean the indicator is worthless. But it does mean the marketing shouldn't be confused with proof. A successful marketing strategy is not evidence of a profitable trading strategy. What do you think - genuine trading innovation or clever marketing?
