Korang follow tak kes ni? Pakar Perlembagaan, Dr. Shamrahayu dedahkan tindakan bekas MB yang tak nak sign proklamasi keputusan Undang Yang Empat tu sebenarnya dah melanggar Perlembagaan Negeri! 😱 Benda ni strict & confidential tau. Bab adat & raja-raja ni, Mahkamah atau Kerajaan Pusat (Federal) memang tak boleh masuk campur langsung. Habis tu, MB ni kira derhaka ke? Technically, bukan derhaka kat Raja sebab yang berkuasa tu pihak Undang. TAPI, tindakan tu tetap dikira langgar undang-undang. Nak junjung negara, kena junjung law dulu bro! ------------------------ Have you lot been following this case? Constitutional expert Dr Shamrahayu has just revealed that the former MB's refusal to sign the proclamation regarding the Undang Yang Empat's decision actually breaches the State Constitution! 😱 This stuff is seriously strict and confidential, mind you. When it comes to customs and the royals, the Courts or the Federal Government absolutely can't get involved. So, is the MB guilty of treason, then? Technically, it’s not treason against the Ruler because the ones with the authority here are the Undangs. BUT, the action still counts as breaking the law. If you want to uphold the nation, you've got to uphold the law first, mate!
