@sevenofninefans: Michael Piller left as #StarTrek: Voyager's showrunner around the show's second season. His exit was followed by Rick Berman warning against the inclusion of story arcs and recurring characters, and with many of Piller's creations going out the window, like the Kazon and other original characters, which new showrunner, Jeri Taylor, was in full agreement with. Only #EnsignWildman survived any of the purges, as the show couldn't quite bring itself to kill a child's mother. #JeriRyan #SevenofNine #fyp
