I always imagine those random ‘change everything’ directives are coming down from someone in like HR or marketing who somehow wound up there after failing out of psychology and they just do ‘something’ like this once every so often to justify their job needing to exist. If there’s a change, I can write the ‘change materials’ and instructions on the new change, and the rationale, and host sessions to manage the change etc.

ik a lot of this is satire and exaggerated but if they ever try and break up or interrupt your 30 minute break it becomes invalid and must be restarted. you are entitled to 30 minutes of uninterrupted rest

When I was a teenager my bosses got rid of the chairs and removed the snack fridge. A girl passed out, hit her head in front of the customers and the emts said it was low blood sugar and dehydration.

our Christmas gift every year is a company branded hoodie. we aren't allowed to wear said hoodie at work. Everybody does anyways because the building is always freezing, even in the summer and nobody gets paid enough to freeze for 8-12 hours
