How much land? Reach out to me it’s about $2k depending on size and I have a team of earth scientists that can do an analysis of the land and what the effects on water and heat absorption happens in the area.. such as flood and infrastructure risks that will happen with that much trees removed.. lots of development don’t think about the surrounding effects. So the county can rezone or rebuild smarter with natural hazard exposure intelligence
