Ive been listening to your podcast on Spotify for a couple months now to helo me trough my breakup. Ive recently discovered attachment theory and all I hear and see about fearfull avoidant exes getting into a rebound feels so hard to believe in wich is the situation that im going trought right now, atleast I believe that she is an FA. Im hanging out with friends, going to work and doinh my own stuff. Ive already learned my patterns and how I contribuied to the toxic dynamic that I had with my person. Im hoping that she does come back eventually because we truly had the most deep and magical connection ive ever felt and I believe our story is to beautifull to end in such a way.
