@blesslady111: Josy Novaes was 2 years and 10 months old when a pressure cooker fell on her in the kitchen of her home in Eunápolis, Brazil. The burns were severe, and years of surgeries tollowed. The harder battle came at school, where teasing and stares left her coming home in tears. Slowly, she stopped measuring herself by how others saw her and understood that her worth was not tied to her appearance. Today she has a husband, a son named Enzo, and social media videos that have reached millions of views. 'I have a God who loves me and allowed me to live again. I have no reason to be sad," she says. To her, her scars are a small price for the chance to still be here.
