Simple let me get it down for you. Betis never lost posesión of the ball and it never went out of bounds. Meaning that still consider the same attacking play, so the play was correct. There isn’t a minute frame on when a reff can can go back to a previous call, it’s all about if the team kept posesión and is on the same attacking play. ( yes Barcelona touches the ball 2 times, but never gained posesión of the ball.) hope this helps and next time do ur research on the rules of the games. Becaue also the Argentina call was done correctly.
