OK but as a probable autistic person who often accidentally stares at random people of all varieties, likely because of good makeup, a nice tattoo, an interesting hairstyle, a cool vibe, (or the opposite of these things or literally just anyone when my brain zones out)... now i will have to be not awkward when I consider how long I look at people in typical situations and try not to specifically look at anyone longer than that because anyone might be Trans or not Trans and... damn. awkward me. can I just be normal for once? also clearly I am joking. staring is rude, especially at Trans people.

In addition: Honestly don’t stare at anyone regardless of if they’re trans or not. If you happen to make eye contact, smile politely, say hi. But it’s an uncomfortable experience for everyone.
