How old is the unit? If its older than 20 then give a quote for both replacing the unit and give a quote for replacing the bearings, shaft, support, and pullys.

you replace the whole assembly that way you ain't got to worry about it and then your next permanent maintenance will be easy

I would go with bearing, shaft and both pulleys along with new belt. I saw what looked to be a chunk missing on the lip of the blower wheel.
