@sandisupperclub: ROOTED is a celebration of origin, harvest, and belonging. It features the literal roots of the Fall season, woven with my culinary heritage from West Africa. With my roots now planted here in Northern California, this menu draws fresh inspiration from the vibrant Cal-Mex flavors that define the region. Together, these dishes bring me back to what grounds me the most: comforting heat, seasonal abundance, and finding my place at a shared table.
