I have naturally sensitive teeth and I use sensodyne toothpaste- it does help when used consistently. My grandma worked for a periodontist and she said not to use whitening strips (or to use them rarely) - as they get rid of the protective coating on your teeth - but brush immediately after sodas/sugars/coffee l/tea etc- as it stains your teeth and all that. Some people have more yellow teeth that others but I’d say the main focus is taking care of what you have brushing/flossing everyday - multiple times if possible. I’m sorry the strips have messed with your teeth leading to such sensitivity- if you do continue to use them I’d say 1 strip every 1-3m. So you’re not overdoing it.

I don’t use whitening at all since I was at least 15 I tried them once and never again. It worked but it made my teeth sensitive and my gums too

Use sensitive toothpaste prior to whitening. And try some now too! Your dentist could also prescribe you even stronger toothpaste for sensitivity!

It’ll happen overtime. A mouth wash did this to me recently. Any drink would hurt my teeth. It lasted about a week tho

Stop caring so much about the appearance and switch your attention to health. Be happy to have healthy teeth, and your smile even though it’s yellow. Sensidine tooth paste is helping me right now with the sensitivity after using whitening tooth paste for so long and giving me sensitivity for not a lot of whitening.

Just stop using the strips let your teeth heal after theyre healed use a toothpaste my favorite is the crest 3dwhite it removes the stains you wont see a difference at first but will soon i like to brush my teeth with a normal toothpaste then that one just don’t use the whitening one on your tongue
