The problem with the rental market is it’s generally not family friendly most of the homes are old and landlords won’t go get the led cert so anyone with children underage have a hard time renting [Snicker]

Worcester is not going nowhere 🙄 just more down hill unfortunately. It used to be good in the 80’s & 90’s. It’s been going downhill sence the early 2000’s . Those extremely high price apartments are not even worth it nor it will help make Worcester better.
