used to cook it straight out of the bag then one day decided to start washing it and never looked back my way to make rice is 2 water to 1 rice, let it boil aside. in another pot some oil add washed rice some salt BP and chicken bouillon if u want toast it a bit then add the hot water. bring it to a boil then lower the heat cover keep it for 15min (or until the water is gon) then turn it off and let it for another 15 min ... perfect every time
