Girl, respectfully, most of us are still wearing clothes from the ’90s, not because they’re vintage, but because they’re still holding together and so are we. 😂 We get up, go to work, pay bills, and somehow have less left over every year. So when someone born into generational wealth asks us to help her understand the assignment, I have to wonder are you genuinely trying to understand ordinary people, or asking us to help make privilege more relatable? Because while you’re wondering what outfit to wear, we’re wondering how much longer we can afford the lives we’re already living.
