@lifewithcalony: This season feels like a career break, and for the first time in a while, I have the opportunity to reflect on who I am outside my career. Taking care of two kids is already a lot on my plate, but when I do get a little downtime, I often find myself scrolling my life away. And honestly, I can feel it affecting my attention span and how present I am. But it got me thinking… what if I channelled some of that time and energy back into myself? What if, instead of endlessly consuming other people’s lives, I started intentionally building my own? So, I’m giving myself nine months to find out what’s possible.
