Yes and then you can simply enjoy a nice hearty $4500-$5500 mortgage. Either way it still sucks. 2.5-3.5k rent with ability to leave whenever, or for essentially double to own and be stuck in it for probably 30 years.

its too expensive right now. I work for boeing and I make 164k a year. I rather rent. my landlord fix everything. I just got a 20k new heat pump ac system for free in my house im renting. when I retire from my 401k. ill be a millionaire and travel while retiring early. its too late to buy a home now. nobody wants to be house poor and end up working until they die just to payoff a house.
