@beckysanders13: Taco Rice 1 ½ lbs. ground beef 1 cup frozen seasoning blend (or ½ cup onion and ½ cup bell pepper, chopped) 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. cumin 2 tsp. chili powder 2 tbsp. Malcolm’s Grande Gringo seasoning (or any taco seasoning) 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 ½ c. rice (I used parboiled) 3 c. chicken broth 2 tbsp. tomato bouillon White queso (I bought premade in the refrigerator section) In a large pot, brown ground beef. Drain any excess liquid, then add seasoning blend, garlic powder, cumin, taco seasoning, tand chili powder. Stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Make a well in the center of the pot, and add olive oil, then rice. Toast rice in oil for 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Add chicken broth and bouillon. Bring to a low boil, cover, then reduce heat to simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until rice is done.
