Welcome to the corner of the internet where the recipe will always be in the caption. 🤎 I’m a firm believer that recipes shouldn’t be hidden behind a million clicks or comments. If I share it, I’ll put the full recipe right here so you can easily save it and come back to it whenever you need it. Recipe below! Homemade Pretzel Bites 🥨 Ingredients • 1½ cups warm water • 2 tsp honey • 2 tsp kosher salt • 2¼ tsp active dry yeast • 4½ cups all-purpose flour • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted • ⅔ cup baking soda • 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp water (egg wash) • Kosher salt, optional Directions 1.	In a large bowl, mix warm water, honey, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy. 2.	Add flour and melted butter. Knead 5–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. 3.	Cover and let rise for 1 hour. 4.	Preheat oven to 450°F. Line two baking sheets. 5.	Bring 10 cups water + baking soda to a boil. 6.	Divide dough into 6–8 pieces. Roll into ropes (about 1 inch thick) and cut into 1-inch bites. 7.	Boil bites in batches for 20–30 seconds. Remove with slotted spoon and place on baking sheets. 8.	Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with kosher salt (if using). 9.	Bake 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites • Skip the salt before baking • After baking, brush warm pretzels with 3–4 tbsp melted butter • Toss in a mix of ½ cup sugar + 1½ tsp cinnamon • Serve warm ✨ • • • • • #homemade #recipes #simple #fromscratch #oldfashioned
