@foodieslovefitness: Golden, buttery pan-seared gnocchi served over a bed of silky whipped Parmesan ricotta, finished with a drizzle of hot honey and fresh basil. 4 servings 10 min prep 15 min cook Ingredients For the Crispy Gnocchi 1 lb shelf-stable potato gnocchi 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp unsalted butter 2 cloves garlic, minced ½ tsp Italian seasoning ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan For the Whipped Ricotta 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice ½ tsp lemon zest ¼ tsp salt For the Hot Honey Finish 3 tbsp hot honey (store-bought or homemade) ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn Extra Parmesan, for serving Instructions 1 Prepare the whipped ricotta. Add ricotta, Parmesan, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt to a food processor. Blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth, fluffy, and creamy. Set aside at room temperature while preparing the gnocchi. 2 Heat the skillet. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the shelf-stable gnocchi directly to the skillet without boiling first, spreading them into a single layer. 3 Crisp the gnocchi. Cook for 4–5 minutes without stirring until the bottoms develop a golden crust. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until golden and tender. If needed, add 2 tablespoons of water and cover briefly to soften the centers, then uncover to let the moisture evaporate. 4 Add garlic butter. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss gently for 1–2 minutes until the gnocchi are evenly coated in fragrant garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan and toss again. 5 Plate the gnocchi. Spread a generous spoonful of whipped ricotta across the bottom of each shallow serving bowl. Arrange the crispy gnocchi over the ricotta, leaving some of the creamy base visible around the edges. 6 Finish with hot honey. Drizzle a small amount of hot honey over the warm gnocchi. Finish with torn fresh basil and a light sprinkle of Parmesan. Serve immediately while the gnocchi are crispy. #FoodTok #foodtiktok #fyp #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas
