As a guy I cannot comment on the majority of this story, but I have experienced to the pain of shards of glass poo from eating too many nuts. It took a few times for me to learn the lesson that I couldn’t just “chew them more” and solve the problem. I can’t help that pistachios and honey roasted peanuts are so delicious… but if you don’t eat them in moderation, they will punish you LMFAO
