Honestly, that attitude is disappointing. When someone who loves you and shares responsibility for your unborn child expresses genuine concern, the least you can do is listen, reflect, and give the matter the seriousness it deserves. You may not necessarily agree with everything your husband says, but dismissing his concerns with jokes is not the best way to handle such a sensitive issue.
