WE HATE SCAMMERS. @legendgary_z34, WE’RE CALLING YOU OUT! You placed a $2,000 order for custom 370Z XB LED headlights. You called us week after week demanding updates, even after we repeatedly explained our estimated turnaround time. We completed your order and shipped it on time. Then, on 10/20, the moment tracking showed your package was on the move, you made your move. You contacted your bank and reported the transaction as fraudulent, claiming you never authorized the charge. We have back and fourth text messages with your real number, as well as calls and voicemails you left. You thought you could screw over a small business and we'd just eat the loss and move on. I'll be honest: this one hurt. Between the order and the costs we're facing, we're approximately $3,500 in the hole. That's real money, food off my family's table, materials, labor, and hours of work I may never get paid for. But you picked the WRONG business to pull this on. I've been building Yunique LED since 2009. This isn't a corporation with millions in the bank. It's years of hard work, my own money, and my family's livelihood. A police report has been filed with your local sheriff's department. Im sure Sheriff Young enjoyed our conversation. We've initiated steps to stop the shipment and are working to recover the package. We will pursue every legitimate avenue available to recover our losses. ⚠️ OTHER BUSINESSES: PAY ATTENTION If you're contacted by someone using the names Gary Robbins or James Robbins, from Hardinsburg, KY. I'd caution you to stay away from doing any business with said individual. We're sharing our experience so others can take precautions. TO OUR CUSTOMERS: This is why chargebacks like this hurt small businesses. Every dollar lost affects materials, equipment, new product development, our ability to accept payments, and our family's livelihood. We work our asses off for every order. Gary, this matter isn't over. You wanted to play games with a small business. Now you have to deal with the consequences of your own actions.
