Have you ever tried elderberry when you start feeling sick? I have bought gummies and when I start to get that stuffy feeling I take two gummies twice and it seems to take care of it. It’s a thought 🤷‍♀️

some people just get sick whenever traveling on planes and to events/conventions- your immune system is handling a lot of germs from a lot of different locations than whats local and normal for your immune system to encounter.
