Drain the broccoli and potatoes very well. 4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the broccoli and potatoes evenly inside. 5. Crack the eggs directly over the vegetables. Add salt and black pepper, then gently mix everything together with a spoon. 6. Cut 2 sausages into thin slices and spread them evenly over the top. 7. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella evenly over everything. 8. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) and bake for 20–25 minutes, until the eggs are fully set and the cheese is melted and lightly golden. 9.
