But I want to make one thing VERY clear. None of these items make you a good teacher. What makes you a good teacher is your instructional skills, the questions you ask, how you engage your students, your classroom management, and the learning that happens in your classroom. You do NOT need to spend hundreds of dollars to be an effective teacher!! Over my 9 years of teaching, I’ve learned to stop spending so much money on my classroom.
